Thirty-nine RASA walkers spent 8 glorious days walking 159km of the Great South West Walk in Victoria. Highlights of the camp from one attendee were:
- The beautiful landscapes (described as “like being in a Frederick McCubbin painting”)
- The amazing trails
- Views along the coast
- Walking on the cliff tops, up and down the dunes and along the beach
- Looking at the blow hole and the plovers at Bridgewater Bay
- Walking through the Enchanted Forest “….which looked like something out of the “Lord of the Rings.”………..”
And there’ll be another camp in early 2026 to complete the rest of the trail! If you think you might be interested in doing this camp, you can reach out to the camp organiser (refer the “Forthcoming Camps” page).
